چکیده

Background: Human tissues are sustained by stem cells, the balance between cell self-renewal and differentiation, death is crucial element of haemostasis, which plays a vital role in tissue remodelling. Stem therapy recognized as regenerative medicine. We can stimulate growth/regeneration through various events.
Objectives: In this review, we illustrate whether fasting regeneration.
Methodology: A literature survey was undertaken to gather recent research address effects on renewal, review's purpose.
Results: Enterocytes drosophila were restored after exposure dietary restriction. As result, before etoposide safeguarded mice against harm caused when compared with fed group. study conducted periodic yeast, mice, humans shows increase lifespan stress resistance yeast reduces risks due age factors diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular promotes healthy life span human.
Conclusion: Dietary limitations will be used conjunction existing therapeutic approach adjuvant therapy. It more effective treatment. Fasting has potential protect negative chemotherapy while also boosting regeneration, according preclinical findings. Even though medicine still their embryonic stage, greater interventions needed show target pathway renewal.

Can UPR integrate fasting and stem cell regeneration?

In order to find ways to counter massive loss of regeneration and self-renewal that the stem cells (SCs) suffer from following chemotherapy, the cancer biologists have set foot in regenerative medicine. A significant breakthrough in this direction, made by Dr. Longo’s group situated at University of Southern California, has demonstrated that cycles of prolonged fasting (72 h and more) and refee...

Health Benefits of Islamic Intermittent Fasting

Background & Objective:  Islamic fasting is observed by millions of Muslims across the world during the holy month of Ramadan and other specific  days of the lunar year. Fasting  Muslims  abstain from eating and drinking from dawn until sunset. Depending on season and geographical location, Muslims  maintain fasting for approximately 13-18 hours per day. The present study aimed to review the be...

Mitophagy-driven mitochondrial rejuvenation regulates stem cell fate

Our understanding on how selective mitochondrial autophagy, or mitophagy, can sustain the archetypal properties of stem cells is incomplete. PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1) plays a key role in the maintenance of mitochondrial morphology and function and in the selective degradation of damaged mitochondria by mitophagy. Here, using embryonic fibroblasts fromPINK1 gene-knockout (KO) mice, ...

Cardioprotective Effects of Intermittent Fasting

Calorie restriction, a dietary regimen reducing energy intake without causing malnutrition, prolongs lifespan and exerts medical and health benefits such as lowering metabolic risk factors for chronic diseases and ameliorating chronic conditions. Intermittent fasting (IF), a type of calorie restriction regimen, has attracted particular attention as it is cost-effective and more accessible while...

Cdc42 activity regulates hematopoietic stem cell aging and rejuvenation.

The decline in hematopoietic function seen during aging involves a progressive reduction in the immune response and an increased incidence of myeloid malignancy, and has been linked to aging of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). The molecular mechanisms underlying HSC aging remain unclear. Here we demonstrate that elevated activity of the small RhoGTPase Cdc42 in aged HSCs is causally linked to H...
